Despatch is currently 10 – 12 weeks from approval of print ready artwork. Deliveries commence September 2022

Services

We will produce the artwork for you to a comprehensive mock-up, and proof it via email. You need to supply to us a rough layout sketch, with colours specified, along with any logos or special matter required.

Overprint size

Each calendar code carries a different template size which can be downloaded from the above link. If you supply your own artwork, we can resize it to fit different template sizes, as long as the artwork is supplied in the correct high resolution PDF format.

Colour

You need to supply to us the PMS (Pantone colour) number, if the job is one, two, three colours or alternatively CMYK.

Producing your own Artwork

We can print using the following professional graphic design software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Indesign. Please make sure all fonts are turned to paths or outlines, otherwise supply all fonts. Alternatively, you may supply files as editable eps or pdf with fonts embedded. Furthermore, please specify the application (software) used to create artwork, also make sure it is to actual size printable area, which can be downloaded from above link. 

Logos

All logos should be supplied in the generic file format of the application, or as editable eps or pdf files. Only supply raster images such as tiff or jpeg if they are for reproduction in a single colour or four colour process (CMYK).

Proofing artwork

Colour proofs are emailed for approval prior to printing unless your job is an exact repeat of the previous year and your order specifies repeat artwork.
